Arenas Negra has two interior floors plus a rooftop lounge overlooking the Atlantic. The main floor holds the social heart of the house: kitchen, dining, living, and direct access to the pool deck. Upstairs, you'll find the ocean-facing master suite, two flexible queen-and-bunk family rooms, and Bedroom 4 with a full-size bed and its own private game lounge. Every reservation includes the entire villa and all four bedrooms. The base nightly rate covers up to six registered guests, with a nightly fee for each additional guest, up to 12.

The master suite sits on the ocean side of the upper floor, with floor-to-ceiling glass and a private balcony that looks straight out to the Atlantic. It’s the place for early-morning coffee, deep work sessions, and falling asleep to the sound of the surf.
